Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Peptide Tracker mobile application ("the app," "Peptide Tracker," "we," "our"). By downloading, installing, or using Peptide, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Peptide Tracker, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
Peptide Tracker is an iOS application designed to help users track and manage their peptide protocols. The app allows you to create protocols, schedule doses, log doses, and view your dosing calendar. All data is stored locally on your device.
3. Medical Disclaimer
Peptide Tracker is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The app is a tracking and organizational tool only. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
You should always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before starting, changing, or stopping any peptide protocol or medical regimen. The information and features provided in the app are for informational and organizational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice.
We make no claims about the safety, efficacy, or legality of any peptides or substances you may track using the app. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of any substances complies with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 17 years old to use Peptide Tracker. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
5. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- The accuracy of any data you enter into the app
- Maintaining and backing up your device, including any data stored in the app
- Using the app in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Consulting healthcare professionals for medical decisions
6. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
Peptide Tracker may offer premium features through in-app purchases or subscriptions, processed through Apple's App Store. By making a purchase, you agree to the following:
- All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store your payment information.
- Subscription prices are displayed in the app before purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.
- Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policies.
We use Adapty to manage subscription status and purchase validation.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, functionality, design, and code of the Peptide Tracker app are owned by us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.
8. Data and Privacy
Your use of Peptide Tracker is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle data. By using the app, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Peptide Tracker is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- The app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components
- The calculations or features will be perfectly accurate in all circumstances
- The app will meet your specific requirements
- Any data stored in the app will be preserved indefinitely
You acknowledge that dose calculations provided by the app are tools to assist you and should always be verified independently.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, health outcomes, or profits, arising from your use of the app.
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the app or any in-app purchases in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the app or violation of these Terms.
12. Modifications to the App and Terms
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it from your device. We reserve the right to restrict access to the app if these Terms are violated.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
